Customized timelines for the rehearsal and the wedding day, one hour rehearsal with direction, 12 hours onsite at the venue on the wedding day, vendor coordination, vendor arrivals and deliveries, ceremony processional direction, oversight of set-up and tear-down, final vendor payment distribution and gratuities.
Partial Planning
Planning begins six months prior to wedding, unlimited phone and email support, vendor and venue communication, timeline of 30 day planning process, guest rsvp management, final vendor meetings, assistance with seating charts, final venue walk-through with details consultation.
Full Service Planning
Day one planning, unlimited phone and email support, vendor recommendations, contract review and negotiations, full design consultation, planning timeline, site visits, set-up and manage hotel blocks, vendor management, vendor appointments, advise on menu planning and attend tastings, create budget and manage deposit schedule, guest rsvp management, maintain all spreadsheets, attend final meetings, schedule rehearsal and rehearsal dinner.
All The Things Planning
This package includes Full Service Planning, Coordination of Rehearsal and Wedding Day and added assistance to include attire selection and fittings, invitation and save the date selections, assembly of bridal party gifts, guest welcome baskets and favors, return of rentals, acquisition of décor, honeymoon research and recommendations, rehearsal dinner set-up and coordination.
